It is widely used for the treatment of disorders in the menstrual cycle for women and also in areas such as kidney disorders and rheumatism. Black cohosh is an important ingredient in several domestic treatment methods we follow in day to day life at our homes itself like in the treatment of headache, common cold and cough, etc. However everything has a positive and negative side and the black cohosh herb does not in any way make an exception as far as many critics of the plant are concerned.

Black cohosh side effects issues arise from the reported details was proven to be contradicting to some studies that have gathered. It is recommended not to take it for longer duration with the same daily dosage. Risks were not proven, but still precautionary measures are promoted because everything that is too much is harmful. It is always advised to remember that no matter how much it guarantees 100% treatment, it is always recommended to consult your doctor to avoid any complications; even black cohosh side effects are proven not to cause any risks.
